Typically Access Control Security Systems can include:
- RFID (radio frequency identification) allows staff or contractors to enter and exit your premises using a proximity key fob or key cards to operate proximity door locks.
- Biometric access control systems allow access to your staff or contractors using fingerprint scanners or eye retina detection
- Access control card readers that use smart cards or swipe cards to allow access. Every system we install is bespoke and is designed to the needs of the premises.

Access Control Software for easy management of users
Managing users within the system is simple and is carried out on a PC based control system linked with the card management system and your database of staff and contractors that may be on site. Fobs or cards are then issued and managed by your security team for access control to specific areas and doors that that user can access. Time and attendance management packages are also available and typically set up for departmental tracking of users activity and time spent on site, replacing the old clocking in and out machines.
CCTV Integrated with Access Control Security Systems
At ASG we can integrate your Access Control Security Systems with a CCTV system to monitor and record all ‘transactions’ (what time a member of staff and contractors has accessed that area).
